Shipping & Refunds

Get your Seedly Box delivered straight to your doorstep! To ensure a successful delivery, please double-check your address at checkout. Incorrect addresses may result in returned packages and additional shipment fees for reshipment.

Please take care to double check your Street Name, Suburb and matching Post Code when checking out. If you realize you have made a mistake whilst entering your information and your order is yet to be fulfilled please reach out as soon as possible so that we may adjust the shipment label! 

 

Australian Shipping

Generally our orders are shipped same day or next day, depending on the time. However, we do allow a 1-2 business day handling time to process and fulfill orders. This therefore excludes weekends and public holidays, or as otherwise stated. 

Seedly ships orders using Australia Post from our warehouse in South Australia. Shipping times may vary but we will always strive to get your order shipped on time and always take great care handling your order. However, if we are experiencing greater than usual order volumes there may be a delay on the usual 1-2 business day handling time, for which we reserve the right to extend if necessary. 

Subscription Seed Boxes qualify for free shipping. Free shipping also applies on orders over A$100 - this is automatically calculated at the checkout.  

If you have special delivery instructions, please visit MyPost Account and sign up with Australia Post to make changes to your deliveries. 

Unfortunately due to quarantine inspection fees an additional A$6 fee applies for seed orders to WA. This is automatically applied at checkout. 

Refund and Returns Policy

We do not offer refunds for change of mind under our Refund Policy. However, if for any of your goods meet any of the following criteria, we will exchange it with a product of the same value. These criteria are; 

1. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it straight away. 

2. Missing or incomplete

If parts of your order are missing or the product you received is incomplete. 

 

We will cover the shipping costs involved with exchanging incorrect or damaged goods as part of this policy. Please do not dispose of the item(s) until we have exchanged it. 

The benefits provided to you under this policy are in addition to other rights and remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Under such law you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. 

If you wish to apply for a refund then please take a photo of the issue and contact us within 30 days of the receiving your goods, so that we may exchange it for the correct product. When contacting us for this claim please provide the following:

  • Name 
  • Product details 
  • Proof of Purchase 
  • Details of the issue 

We reserve the right to request the product be sent back whether it is damaged or you received the wrong item. 


Refund Processing 

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
